    Organizations

    You can use organizations to create generic namespaces, for developed patterns on https://pyronome.com. With the help of the organizations, you can create different pattern directories that can be accessed via the domain name https://pyronome.com.

    Additionally, you can use organizations to classify your projects and patterns. On "Home", "Projects" and "My Patterns" pages, there is an organization selection menu located on the top right. When an organization is selected, only the records within the selected organization are displayed.

    Organizations Page

    This page lists the organizations you are a member of, or you have created. You can add new organizations or view your existing organizations on this page.

    Table FieldDescription
    NameThis field shows the organization name.
    EnabledUsing this field, you can specify whether the organization is enabled or not.
    VisibilityOrganizations can be "Public" or "Private". "Public" organizations can be displayed on the Marketplace. "Private" organizations can only be viewed by its members.
    Members ButtonDisplays the "Members" page, which lists other members authorized to take action on the organization.
    Delete ButtonYou can use this button to delete a specific organization.

    New Organization Page

    This page contains the form, which you can add a new organization.

    Form FieldDescription
    EnabledUsing this field, you can specify whether the organization is enabled or not.
    NameThis field specifies the name of the organization.
    Please note the following criteria regarding the organization name.

    Required and Unique
    DescriptionThis field specifies the description of the organization.
    VisibilityThis field specifies the visibility of the organization. Organizations can be "Public" or "Private". "Public" organizations can be displayed on the Marketplace. "Private" organizations can only be viewed by its members.
    Alan LogosuYou can upload the organization logo in this field.

    Warning:

    Please consider the followings regarding your organization name:

    • It must contain only English characters.
    • It cannot contain spaces and tab characters.
    • It must be at least three characters long.
    • You can enter only the "-" and underscore "_" characters as punctuation.
    • It cannot begin with number, the middle line "-" and the underscore "_".

    Using this page, you can update a previously added organization. See New Organization Page for detailed information about the form fields on this page.

    Warning:

    Please note that, after changing your user name, your old user name IMMEDIATELY BECOMES AVAILABLE and can be registered by another user.

    Organization Members Page

    In this section, you can determine the users who will perform the viewing, editing, and managing operations on the organization.

    You can add 3 (three) different types of members to the organizations:

    • Owner: This user has full authority over the organization. Owner users can add other users.
    • Developer: This user has permission to update the organization properties, the model, and the patterns.
    • Viewer: This user can display organization properties, the model, and the patterns, but cannot modify them.

    Note:

    The members you will add to the organization must be registered to the platform. You can invite not registered users by specifying their e-mail address.
